PETROBRAS Rio de Janeiro, January 26, 2016 - Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras hereby announces that the Board of Directors of its subsidiary Petrobras Distribuidora S.A. - BR approved the extension of the term of office of board member Segen Farid Estefen as Chairman of the Board of Directors of that subsidiary until the next Annual Shareholders' Meeting.
Additionally, it was approved the appointment of BR's Chief Operational and Logistics Officer, Ivan de Sá Pereira Junior, as the Interim CEO of that subsidiary until the next Annual Shareholders' Meeting.
