NAGAWA Co., Ltd. (TSE:9663) announced a private placement of 189,100 treasury shares at a price of ¥4,485 per share for gross proceeds of ¥848,113,500 on March 9, 2018. The transaction will involve participation from Bunka Shutter Co., Ltd. for 111,400 shares, Achilles Corporation for 22,200 shares, Kuribayashi Steamship Co., Ltd. for 22,000 shares, JBCC Holdings, Inc. for 22,200 shares, and T.O. Holdings Co., Ltd. for 11,100 shares. The shares will be allotted through third party allotment method.
The payment date of shares is March 28, 2018. The company will pay ¥4,000,000 for disposal expenses and will receive net proceeds of ¥844,113,500. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the company.
