Naoya Kiyota acquired One Go One Way Co., Ltd. from Peers Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7066) for ¥18 million on January 31, 2022. For the year ending on September 30, 2021, One Go One Way reported net assets of ¥7 million, total assets of ¥25 million, sales of ¥111 million, operating income of ¥13 million and net income of ¥9 million.

Peers Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the consulting business in the telecommunications industry. The Company is mainly engaged in the provision of consulting services, human resource solution services and information technology (IT) solution services. The consulting services are mainly engaged in the proposal of original training programs about management issues and sales issues for career shops and home appliance mass retailers, as well as the educational support services. The human resource solution services are mainly engaged in the holding of sale promotion events at sale sites, as well as the provision of educational support and dispatch services for foreign workers.
