netprice, Ltd. entered into a agreement to acquire 14.6% stake in ANAP Inc. (TSE:3189) from Peers Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7066) for approximately ¥270 million on May 12, 2023. As per the terms, the offer per share is ¥356 for 750,000 shares. Transaction is expected to close on May 17, 2023.
Peers Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the consulting business in the telecommunications industry. The Company is mainly engaged in the provision of consulting services, human resource solution services and information technology (IT) solution services. The consulting services are mainly engaged in the proposal of original training programs about management issues and sales issues for career shops and home appliance mass retailers, as well as the educational support services. The human resource solution services are mainly engaged in the holding of sale promotion events at sale sites, as well as the provision of educational support and dispatch services for foreign workers. The IT solution services are mainly engaged in the provision of sale skills and know-how services through video contents and applications.
