Peers Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7066) entered into a contract to acquire Will Co., Ltd. from Makoto Otsubo for ¥1.2 billion on May 30, 2022. As per the transaction, Peers Co.,Ltd. will acquire 200 shares of Will Co., Ltd. As on August 2021, Will Co., Ltd. generated total assets of ¥1.2 billion, net worth of ¥1 billion, sales of ¥1.7 billion, operating income of ¥6 million and net income ¥5 million. The transaction is expected to complete on June 1, 2022.
Peers Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the consulting business in the telecommunications industry. The Company is mainly engaged in the provision of consulting services, human resource solution services and information technology (IT) solution services. The consulting services are mainly engaged in the proposal of original training programs about management issues and sales issues for career shops and home appliance mass retailers, as well as the educational support services. The human resource solution services are mainly engaged in the holding of sale promotion events at sale sites, as well as the provision of educational support and dispatch services for foreign workers. The IT solution services are mainly engaged in the provision of sale skills and know-how services through video contents and applications.
