nTels Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A069410) agreed to acquire 24.33% stake in Nable Communications, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A153460) from Kim Dae-Young, Lee Jun-Won, Kim Eun-Chul, Field Consultant Corporation, Dae Young Machinery Co.,Ltd, Soon-Ye Lee, Hye-Soo Jeon, Sumi Kim and Yang-Ja Park for KRW 14.5 billion on September 22, 2014. Under the terms of agreement, nTels Co., Ltd. will acquire 1.18 million shares of Nable Communications, Inc. with 0.42 million shares being transferred upon contract signing while the remaining being acquired after extra ordinary shareholders' meeting. The Board of Directors of nTels Co.
resolved the deal on September 22, 2014. The expected transaction settlement date is October 31, 2014. Lee Sang-Cheol of Daejoo Accounting Corporation acted as valuer in the deal.
Nable Inc, formerly Nable Communications, Inc, is a Korea-based company engaged in the provision of wired and wireless convergence communications and Internet of things (IoT) services. The Company operates through three segments. The Wired and Wireless Convergence Communications segment is engaged in the provision of mission critical push to talk (MCPTT), centrex and other services.
