Liveplex Co. Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A050120) agreed to acquire 14.6% stake in Nable Communications, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A153460) for approximately KRW 8 billion on September 17, 2014. Under this transaction, Liveplex Co. Ltd. will acquire 0.71 million shares in Nable Communications. The transaction is expected to complete on October 31, 2014.
