Daewon Co. Ltd. acquired additional 0.18% stake in Nable Communications, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A153460) from Saehan Venture Capital Co., Ltd. for KRW 63.62 million on December 16, 2013. Under the terms of the deal, additional 8680 shares are acquired at an offer per share of KRW 7330.
