Daesung Co., Ltd. acquired 1.72% stake in Nable Communications, Inc. (KOSE:A153460) from Saehan Venture Capital Co., Ltd. for approximately KRW 980 million on August 20, 2013. Daesung acquired 0.08 million shares at a price of KRW 11750 per share. Post transaction, Saehan Venture's stake in Nable Communications will decrease to 2.21%.
