Kukdo Chemical Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A007690) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 150,000 shares. The purpose of the program is stock price stability and shareholder value enhancement.
The program will expire on May 9, 2023. As of February 8, 2023, the company had 514,289 and 5,793 treasury stock holdings in acquisition within the scope of allotment and through other acquisition, respectively.
