Xi'an West Point Information Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will issue 2,850,000 shares at a price of CNY 1 per share for proceeds of CNY 2.85 million for an equity round of funding from returning investor Fujian Apex Software Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603383) on May 28, 2020. The registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 9 million CNY 11.85 million. The transaction has been approved at the investor's 28th session of the 7th directorate. The stake of the investor will increase from 64.74% to 70.75%.
