Shanghai Betalpha Information Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it has entered into a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 37,000,000 on March 24, 2021. The transaction will include participation from new investor Fujian Apex Software Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 603383) for 19.05% stake in the company. The company will raise additional CNY 35,000,000 in its second phase after two years for total proceeds of CNY 75,000,000 and stake 32%. The transaction has been approved by the 32nd meeting of the 7th board of directors.

The Company's main businesses include the development and sales of software products, the design and installation of computer networks, the provision of computer technology services and technical advisory services.
