Eastern Bankshares, Inc. has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per common share. The dividend will be payable on June 14, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 3, 2024.

It offers automated lock box collection services, cash management services and account reconciliation services to its corporate and institutional customers, as well as cash management services to its municipal clients. Its securities portfolio consists of government-sponsored residential mortgage-backed securities.
