The Company operates in six segments: Fire and property damage; Marine, aviation and transport; Motor; Accident & health; Credit and suretyship and Miscellaneous. Its fire and property insurance includes coverage of property against fire, lightning, explosion (due to domestic boiler only). Additionally, it also covers the cost of replacement, reconstruction, or repair. Its marine insurance covers goods in transit for both Import and Export and the mode of conveyance on waterways, air, and land routes. Marine cargo insurance is divided into three segments: import, export, and inland transit. Its engineering insurance includes contractor’s plant and machinery insurance, boiler and pressure vessel insurance and electronic equipment insurance.
