YKGI Holdings Berhad announced the appointment of Mr. Satoru Kojima as Non Independent and Non Executive Alternate Director. Age: 44. Date of change: 26 June 2023.

Working experience and occupation: Mr. Satoru Kojima has more than 17 years working experience in steel industries, especially trading and marketing for steel products, hot rolled, cold rolled and coated steels.
