The board of directors of Xinjiang Xinxin Mining Industry Co., Ltd. announced that on 9 March 2023, Mr. Zhong Rubiao has tendered his resignation as the shareholders' representative supervisor of the sixth session of the supervisory committee of the Company with effect from 31 May 2023, due to his other business commitments and as a result, he no longer has time to manage the supervisory role of the Company.
