The Board of Xinjiang Xinxin Mining Industry Co., Ltd. announces that Mr. Wang Qingming ("Mr. Wang") has, on 27 March 2024, tendered his resignation as (i) an independent non-executive Director; (ii) a member of each of the remuneration committee and the strategic and sustainable development (ESG) committee of the Board, due to his personal business commitment, with effect from the appointment of a new independent non-executive Director at the general meeting of the Company.
