Jersey City, New Jersey-June 8, 2017-As a reminder, Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI) will hold its 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Friday, June 9, 2017. The Board of Directors established the close of business on April 5, 2017 as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to receive notice of and vote at the meeting. The meeting will begin at 12:00 p.m. and take place at 210 Hudson St., Harborside 3, 7 floor, Jersey City, N.J.
