VAR Resources Corp., formerly Canadian International Pharma Corp, is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in mineral resource acquisition and exploration activities. The Company, through an option agreement owns approximately 100% interest in the Hook Bay Property (Hook Bay) consisting of one mineral claim covering approximately 1078.85 hectares (ha) located in Hook Bay, British Columbia. The property is located approximately 34 kilometers (km) south of the town of Port Alberni along Alberni Inlet, near Nahmint Bay, on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
