Toung Loong Textile MFG. Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2019. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 963.996 million compared to TWD 954.931 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 76.739 million compared to TWD 95.224 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 62.788 million compared to TWD 56.154 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.52 compared to TWD 0.47 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 2,740.065 million compared to TWD 3,088.714 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 230.004 million compared to TWD 320.361 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 183.394 million compared to TWD 223.553 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.52 compared to TWD 1.86 a year ago.
Toung Loong Textile Mfg. Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sales of yarns. The Company's products consist of sewing threads, including zipper sewing threads, spun polyester (SP) threads, polyester yarns, nylon threads and bonded threads, and yarns for apparels, such as label yarns, Velcro yarns, air textured yarns, textured yarns and woven yarns. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, Europe, the Americas, Oceania and others.
