Toung Loong Textile Mfg. Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2018. For the third quarter, the company announced total operating revenue was TWD 954.931 million compared to TWD 1,154.683 million a year ago. Net operating income was TWD 95.224 million compared to TWD 165.583 million a year ago. Net profit attributable to owners of company was TWD 56.154 million compared to TWD 131.309 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.47 compared to TWD 1.09 a year ago.
For the nine months, total operating revenue was TWD 3,088.714 million compared to TWD 3,416.480 million a year ago. Net operating income was TWD 320.361 million compared to TWD 535.051 million a year ago. Net profit attributable to owners of company was TWD 223.553 million compared to TWD 417.737 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.86 compared to TWD 3.47 a year ago.
Toung Loong Textile Mfg. Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sales of yarns. The Company's products consist of sewing threads, including zipper sewing threads, spun polyester (SP) threads, polyester yarns, nylon threads and bonded threads, and yarns for apparels, such as label yarns, Velcro yarns, air textured yarns, textured yarns and woven yarns. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, Europe, the Americas, Oceania and others.
