From January 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024, the company has repurchased 99,787 shares, representing 1.23% for $2.67 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 142,683 shares, representing 1.76% for $3.91 million under the buyback announced on July 25, 2023.
Timberland Bancorp, Inc. is a holding company for Timberland Bank (the Bank). The Bank is a community-oriented bank, which offers a variety of savings products to its retail and business customers while concentrating its lending activities on real estate secured loans.
