SFL (Société Foncière Lyonnaise) announces that it has sold to GCI and Eternam, in a joint venture, the building at 6 rue de Hanovre, a 4600 m² complex located a stone's throw from the Opéra, in the second arrondissement of Paris.

The property, which the company has owned since 1958, is being sold vacant, in its current condition, for a net selling price of 58.3 million euros, following Pretty Simple's departure in October 2022.

The 8-storey building comprises 3,000 m² of office space and 1,600 m² of basement. SFL has initiated renovation work on the facade, which is listed on the Inventaire Supplémentaire des Monuments Historiques, and this work will be taken over by the purchasers.
