SELLWIN TRADERS LIMITED Sellwin Traders Limited announced a private placement of 36,800,000 warrants at a price of INR 3.1875 for the gross proceeds of INR 117,300,000 on January 8, 2024. The warrants will be convertible into equity shares at an exercise price of INR 9.5625 per share. The warrants will be issued on preferential basis.
The transaction will include participation from individual investors, Andhariya Darshan Biharibhai for 50,000 shares, Pinakinbhai I Vora for 50,000 shares, Samir Ishvarbhai Lashkri for 50,000 shares, Sanghvi Jainam Ashwinkumar for 10,000 shares, Ashvinbhai Sanghvi for 10,000 shares. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company.
