Romaero SA is a Romania-based company engaged in the aerospace industry. The Company is primarily involved in the maintenance, repair and modernization of civil and military aircrafts. Additionally, the Company produces aircraft components, including structural elements, body parts and assemblies. The Company provides products and services for various aircraft models, including Boeing, Bombardier, BAE Systems, Spirit Aerosystems, Aerolean, Sabca, Patria, SAAB and SK 380, among others. The Company is active nationally and internationally, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Finland, Sweden and Spain. In June 2013, the Romanian Ministry of Economy launched the privatization procedures at Romaero SA.
