Prospect Logistics and Industrial Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a closed-end real estate investment trust. The Trust’s objective is to raise funds and obtain loans from financial institutions to invest in properties included in its portfolio. The Trust’s portfolio consists of Bangkok Free Trade Zone 1 (BFTZ 1), X44 Bangna KM.18, Bangkok Free Trade Zone 2 (BFTZ 2), and Bangkok Free Trade Zone 3 (BFTZ 3). BFTZ 1 provides warehouses, stand-alone factories, mini factories, and built-to-suit spaces for rent. X44 Bangna KM.18 is a built-to-suit factory and office building. BFTZ 2 consists of approximately seven factories and over 12 units of warehouse buildings. BFTZ 3 consists of approximately six factories and 23 units of warehouse buildings. Prospect REIT Management Co., Ltd. acts as the REIT Manager, while SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd. serves as the Trustee.
