NexPoint Real Estate Finance, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the third quarter of 2023. For the third quarter 2023, Net income attributable to common stockholders in third quarter 2023 is estimated to be between $6.6MM and $8.5MM. EPS per Diluted to be $0.41 to $0.51.

It is focused on investing in real estate sectors, including in the multifamily, single-family rental, self-storage, hospitality and office sectors. Its business is conducted through NexPoint Real Estate Finance Operating Partnership, L.P. (the OP), the Company's operating partnership.
