NanoString Technologies, Inc., along with its affiliates, filed first amended plan of reorganization with related disclosure statement in the US Bankruptcy Court on May 7, 2024. As per the amended plan filed, prepetition first lien secured claims are now classified. Prepetition first lien secured claims of $25 million shall be paid in full in cash.

Other secured claims are estimated to be in the amount of $0. Priority non-tax claims of $0.06 million shall be paid in full in cash. General unsecured claims are estimated to be in the amount of $224.01 million. Prepetition noteholder unsecured subordinated claims of $43.41 million shall be recovered 94.8% i.e., $41.15 million and shall be paid in cash on pro rata basis.

Intercompany claims and other subordinated claims are estimated to be in the amount of $0. Interests shall be cancelled and shall not receive any distribution under the plan. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that there is in excess of $0.10 million of distributable proceeds remaining after satisfaction in full of all other claims, each holder of interests, as of the effective date, shall receive its pro rata share of the remaining available distributable proceeds. There is no change in the treatment of any other claim class or sources of plan funding.
