Nan Nan Resources Enterprise Limited not passed the resolution of re-electing Mr. Lam Ka Wai, Graham as an independent non-executive director of the company in the annual general meeting held on September 7, 2017. Accordingly, Mr. Lam Ka Wai, Graham retired as an independent non-executive director with effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting and ceased to be the chairman of the audit committee and a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee of the company.
