MNRB Holdings Berhad is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the provision of management services to its subsidiaries. Its segments include Investment holding and others, Reinsurance, Retakaful, General takaful, and Family takaful. Investment holding and others segment is engaged in investment holding and non-insurance/takaful subsidiaries. Reinsurance segment is engaged in underwriting of all classes of general reinsurance business. Retakaful segment is engaged in the management of family and general retakaful businesses. General takaful segment is engaged in the management of the general takaful business. Family takaful segment is engaged in the management of family and investment-linked takaful businesses. Its subsidiaries include Malaysian Reinsurance Berhad (Malaysian Re), Takaful Ikhlas Family Berhad (Takaful IKHLAS Family), Takaful Ikhlas General Berhad (Takaful IKHLAS General), Sinar Seroja Berhad, MMIP Services Sdn. Bhd. and Malaysian Re (Dubai) Ltd.
