TUSCALOOSA, Alabama, March 14, 2023 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Campus Storage, a 34,005-square-foot self-storage facility located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Gabriel Coe, Brett R. Hatcher and Nathan Coe, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Eddie Greenhalgh, Alabama Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.
"This was sold to an out-of-state private buyer after multiple competitive offers," said Gabriel Coe, the lead agent involved. "The buyer will benefit from the continued income growth at the property."
Campus Storage is located in downtown Tuscaloosa, Alabama, just south of The University of Alabama. The facility was built in 1991, expanded in 2019, and currently features 174 climate-controlled and 181 non-climate-controlled self-storage units totaling 34,005 net rentable square feet.
