PM Igor Luksic of Toscelik Profil Ve Sac Endustrisi A S said that Toscelik is considering further investment in Montenegro after the acquisition of Zeljezara Niksic. It is reportedly also interested in the acquisition of Kombinat Aluminijuma Podgorica A.D. from Central European Aluminum Company.

Kombinat Aluminijuma ad Podgorica u stecaju is a Montenegro-based company engaged in the production of aluminum. The Company is consisted of such elements as: the Alumina Refinery, which produces floury alumina and has a capacity of 280,000 metric tons a year; the Aluminum Plant, which consists of a Carbon Plant, Smelter, Casthouse, and Secondary Smelter; the Carbon Plant, which produces 65,000 metric tons of anodes each year; the Smelter consists of two pot lines, each containing 264 pots; the Casthouse, which has three T-ingot lines, one standard ingot line, and a capacity of 115,000 tons each year, and the Secondary Smelter, which recovers scrap aluminum and dross from the Casthouse.
