Kombinat Aluminijuma Podgorica A.D. (KAP) , which is 29.3% owned by En+ Group Ltd., will be dismantled, if it finds no buyers, Vujica Lazovic, Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro, said. If no new, high-quality investor appears in the process of property sale, a full stop to the company is inevitable because we cannot bypass logic and severe economic truth, he said.
