mixi Entertainment Fund No. 1 Investment Limited Partnership a fund managed by mixi, Inc. (TSE:2121), Fujipacific Music Inc. and three other companies agreed to acquire unknown stake in KeyHolder, Inc. from J Trust Co., Ltd. (TSE:8508) for approximately ¥320 million on December 18, 2020. As per terms, 0.32 million shares will be acquired for ¥1017 per share.
The transaction is expected to complete on December 23, 2020.
