VI Investment Corporation entered into an agreement to acquire JT Savings Bank Co., Ltd. from J Trust Co., Ltd. (TSE:8508) for approximately KRW 150 billion on October 29, 2020. At the Board of Directors meeting held on October 29, 2020, J Trust Co., Ltd. resolved to this transfer. The transfer of shares is subject to approval by the Financial Supervisory Service of Korea. This transaction expected to close in end of March 2021. This share transfer would contribute to securing liquidity on hand and reorganizing our business portfolio in consideration of the balance of profitability by effectively utilizing the proceeds from the sale.
