Insight Enterprises, Inc. announced that Wolfgang Ebermann would transition from his role as President of the Company's European, Middle East and Africa (EMEA") business, effective December 31, 2020. On December 31, 2020, Mr. Ebermann and the Company entered into an amendment to his service contract reflecting the new terms of his employment (the Amendment"). Pursuant to the Amendment, effective January 1, 2021, Mr. Ebermann will serve as Chief Global Growth Advisor for the Company through March 31, 2022.
