Aakash Educational Services Limited agreed to acquire 65.67% stake in Applect Learning Systems Private Limited from Info Edge (India) Limited (NSEI:NAUKRI) for INR 500 million on January 2, 2020. For the year ended March 31, 2019, Applect Learning Systems Private Limited reported net sales of INR 347.7 million. The transaction is expected to complete on or before March 31, 2020.
