The Company mainly operates through two business segments. The Mineral Resources Exploration and Trading segment is involved in the research and exploration of mineral resources and trading of copper and steel products. The Lithium Battery Production segment is involved in the research, production and sales of lithium batteries. The Company mainly conducts its businesses in Brazil, Hong Kong and the Peopleâs Republic of China (the PRC). The Company is also engaged in the new energy vehicles related businesses through its subsidiaries.
