Hanyang Digitech Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A078350) announced a private placement of its first round of unregistered unguaranteed private convertible bonds for gross proceeds of KRW 8,000,000,000 on January 9, 2019. The round will be subscribed by NSC New Tech Fund 6. The bonds are zero coupon and have a yield to maturity of 4%, maturing on January 10, 2022. The bonds are 100% convertible at KRW 3,095 per share into 2,584,814 shares. The conversion period of the bonds is from January 10, 2020 to December 10, 2021. The bonds will be subscribed on January 9, 2019, and paid on January 10, 2019. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company on the same day.
HANYANG DIGITECH CO., LTD. is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of memory modules. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Memory Module segment produces memory devices including dynamic random access memory (DRAM) memory modules used in personal computers, communication equipment, as well as memory modules used in servers. The Internet Protocol (IP) Communication segment manufactures devices consisting of voice over IP (VoIP) terminals, high speed Internet modems, and converged home gateways, among others.
