On Tuesday, Inea announced the acquisition of a VEFA (vente en l'état futur d'achèvement) business park to the north of Toulouse, in a transaction worth 9.9 million euros.

The 'Arty Station' business park - comprising five buildings and 79 parking spaces - has a surface area of 5,683 m2, and is scheduled for completion in summer 2024.

This new-generation asset - divisible from 300 m2 upwards and intended for craftsmen, SMEs or e-traders - will benefit from rooftop photovoltaic power plants, among other things, to cover the site's needs.

Created in 2005, Inea has set itself the target of reaching two billion euros in assets by 2026, compared with 1.2 billion euros today.
