The Company's shopping malls are located in such cities as Mexico City, Cancun, Los Cabos and Bajio, among others. The Company's objective is to provide risk adjusted long-term returns to its shareholders via cash flow distributions and asset appreciation. In February 2014, the Company acquired the mall called Plaza Puerta Texcoco.
