The Insurance Council of New Jersey (ICNJ) and New Jersey Defense Association (NJDA) will host their 2021 Auto Liability Seminar in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey, on November 23.
The ICNJ is a non-profit, state trade association representing property and casualty insurers whose mission is to create a positive understanding of the property and casualty insurance industry and to promote a pro-business/pro-policyholder environment through advocacy, education, and communication with the state's public officials, consumers, and media. The NJDA tries to establish a communication link among New Jersey defense attorneys, insurance claim professionals, self-insurers, and other corporations to encourage the prompt, fair, and just disposition of tort claims.
In addition to a virtual/hybrid trial roundtable, the 2021 Auto Liability Seminar will cover topics such as the bridge and tunnel no fault scheme, defending orthopedic knee injury claims, and ethics in the automobile liability context.
Robert T. Bove, Jr., Ph.D., P.E., Exponent senior managing engineer, will be in attendance. Stop by our table to connect with us.
