Liberty Mills Ltd., Soorty Enterprises (Pvt.) Ltd. and Affinity Capital Pvt. Limited made an offer to acquire 15.57% stake in Engro Powergen Qadirpur Limited (KASE:EPQL) on February 26, 2024. Under the terms, 50.3 million shares shall be acquired.
Completion is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. Arif Habib Limited acted as financial advisor for Liberty Mills Ltd., Soorty Enterprises (Pvt.) Ltd. and Affinity Capital Pvt. Limited.
