Ncom Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire CyberCom, Inc from Daiko Denshi Tsushin, Ltd. (TSE:8023) on September 26, 2018. Post acquisition, CyberCom will be excluded from being a consolidated subsidiary of Daiko Denshi. As on September 26, 2018, Board of Directors of Daiko Denshi Tsushin, Ltd passed the resolution. The transaction is expected to be completed on October 1, 2018.

DAIKO DENSHI TSUSHIN, LTD. is a company engaged in the sale of information communications equipment and the provision of related services. The Company is engaged in the sales, design, maintenance of office automation equipment, electronic computers, communications equipment, as well as the development of systems and software. The Information Communications Equipment division sells office automation (OA) equipment, electronic computers, electronic exchangers, communications equipment and related hardware and software. The Solution Services division is engaged in the provision of services, including system and software development, installation and maintenance of electronic computers and communication equipment, as well as maintenance and management for building-related facilities.
