Business Summary

Clevo Co. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, design, manufacture and distribution of notebook computers. The Company's products portfolio consists of small size and light environmental protection and energy-saving notebook, commercial notebook, gaming and entertainment notebook, thin and light notebook and Magic of Film Art (MOFA) personalized custom products. The Company also involves in the leasing of computer retail stores named Buynow in Mainland China. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, the Americas and Europe.
