L.A. Turbine Teams up for Revolutionary Heat Recovery System
Cryo Technologies | November 1, 2021
Chart acquisition L.A. Turbine (LAT) has teamed up with TECO-Westinghouse and A G Equipment for the design and deployment of a Heat Recovery System that will reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the oil and gas sectors. Intended for both new and retrofit applications, product research and testing began in 2020 at Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.
LAT is responsible for developing the turboexpander to drive TECO-Westinghouse's "high speed" motor, supported by AG Equipment's compressor package.
