The Holdingâs portfolio includes Bulgarian companies, such as Agro Tera Sever AD (Agro Terra North), SEP Bulgaria AD, Energy Invest EAD, Energy Efekt EAD (Energy Effect EAD), Project Estate EOOD, Spidi net AD (Speedy Net AD), SEP Service EAD and Advance Energy 1 OOD. As of December 31, 2011, the Companyâs major shareholder was Advance Equity Holding AD with a stake of 99.8%.
