SEOUL, Oct 12 (Reuters) - South Korea's vice finance minister said on Thursday authorities would monitor financial and foreign exchange markets closely as uncertainty was very high over military conflicts in the Middle East.

There has so far been limited domestic impact, but the government will take measures when deemed necessary, Vice Finance Minister Kim Byoung-hwan said. (Reporting by Jihoon Lee; Editing by Muralikumar Anantharaman)
