Healthcare and care services company Ambea has completed the buyback program announced on June 29 and has now acquired the intended number of treasury shares.
The main purpose is to secure shares that can be used as consideration in the recommended takeover offer for Humana.
Ambea now holds about 5.56 million treasury shares out of a total of about 80.4 million shares.
