Yamae Group Holdings Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7130) agreed to acquire Pizza Hut Japan Ltd. from Endeavour United Co., Ltd. and others on August 10, 2022. For financial year March 31, 2022, Pizza Hut Japan Ltd. had generated Net assets of ¥2,604 million, Total assets of ¥7,449 million and Sales of ¥20,980 million. Execution date of share transfer August 31, 2022.
YAMAEHISANO CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the food-related business. The Company has three business segments. The Food-related segment is engaged in the sale of general processed food, sweets, alcohol products and frozen food, the manufacture of distilled spirits and box lunches, as well as the manufacture, processing and sale of farm and marine products.
